Other companies use only one list such as tax records and cannot offer the immediacy of a 1-2 day turnaround.

A. We are marketing firm that has been in business for over 10 years, and have been offering this product privately for 2 years to our existing clients. Its because of the success of this product, that our existing clients are referring their friend and business associates, that are just looking for this product, that we have decided to make it a stand alone offering.

Q. How do Exclusive Rights help my business?
A. As long as you contract with us, we will not advertise a similar product in the same marketing area as yours. So your postcard for siding, for instance, will be the only siding postcard in the city, county or multi-county area that you choose.

Q. How many cards per week will get sent ?
A. Unfortunately we can not answer this, as it is all dependant on the real estate market, and what sections of it you decide to target. Q. What are the contract terms?
A. Our standard contract provides for a 1000 postcard commitment. Fees include $150 startup with design; or, $60 with your existing design; and, a full mailing service of $1 per postcard. Address lists can be purchased for $.30 per address, with a $30 setup fee.

Q. Is there a payment plan?
A. With your valid credit card on file, we can keep your postcards going out to potential customers. Or, you can prepay if you so desire. Cards will be sent according the limits that you have set. You will be billed every Tuesday morning for the activity the previous week.

Q. What if I want to change my postcard?
A. After 1000 cards, we will provide a new design for $100.

It takes on average 10 business days, before we start sending cards, if you have us design the postcard. If you provide the design, this can be much shorter.
